Business customers who need a data processing agreement can request one through the contact form. We'll also name our individual suppliers on request.
Payments
Cognitelligence SHPK is the seller for soshctrl subscriptions — we issue the invoice and account for the tax. Card payments are processed by Paysera (Paysera LT, UAB and Paysera Kosova UAB), an EU-licensed electronic money institution. Paysera is not the seller.
Data protection authority
Our supervisory authority is the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo, at aip.rks-gov.net. If you're in the EU or EEA you may also contact your own country's authority.
The parent company
soshctrl is a product of Xctrl. The company website, xctrl.ai, publishes its own separate legal notice and privacy policy covering that site. The documents on this page are the ones that apply to soshctrl.
